Our practices start with a half-hour warm up, after which we move on to the apparatuses. Usually 1 or 2 themes will be prepared by the coaches to practice during the training. You are free to join this lesson or train yourself on one of the other apparatuses. There is room for every level and age in the gymnasium and enough training material for everyone. Besides the women’s and men’s apparatuses, there is a trampoline track, air tumbling track, large trampoline and several practice situations around the foam pit.
