You can cancel your membership free of charge within one month after you membership commences. Your membership commences at the moment you receive a confirmation email from the board of U-turn. After this one month period you will be charged for the full (half)season. Cancellation requests of this nature need to be made in writing by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Other cancellation requests do are not required in writing, see below.
U-turn memberships are on a fixed term and last for either a half season or a full season. Your membership will automatically expire after this period. Thus, those who wish to end their membership do not need to officially cancel. Members who wish to continue their membership into the next academic year will need to re-register. The board will send re-registration forms towards the end of the season. Registration via the provided form will give existing members the advantage of selecting their training days before new members.
